Getting Started:

Looking to get started exercising but still haven’t decided how you want to go about doing it?

This week we are going to give you an idea what it looks like to be a member at our gym!

What are the top two things our members love the most?

  1. The camaraderie - one of the top answers was always the environment and the people.  Clients enjoy coming to class to not only work toward their goals, but what was more important was the connections they were making with other members.  It is a place to connect, refresh, and leave in a better place than you came in!

  2. Feeling good - members love that they are gaining confidence, losing weight, and able to do activities in their daily lives with so much more ease!  We hear all the time that they didn’t realize how weak they were until they started getting stronger.


How do i know if I need individual training or group training?

Before you start, we sit down to discuss where you are at and what your goals are.  We tell you exactly what you need to do to hit your goals.  It may be individual training, group training, or a combination of both.


What does a group class look like?

Our group classes are similar to individual sessions, but with additional members.  Each member is working at their own pace and intensity through the program for the day with the guidance of the coach.  Between exercises, members love to carry on conversation and create relationships with each other.


What if I want to lose weight too?

Absolutely - many of our members do.  We have nutrition coaching that will help you navigate through your weight loss journey.  In our program, you can expect to receive feedback weekly to help keep you on track and progressing toward your goals.  Our goal for you is to achieve your desired weight and learn how to stay there.


What results should I expect to see?

After each class, you will be feeling more energized, accomplished, and happier!

Longer term, results depend on your goals.  Everyone is working to achieve different things.  All of our members report feeling stronger, more confident, and feel better about how they look.  Every 3 months we sit down and chat to ensure you are progressing toward your goals.
